The Body Code, developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, is a powerful energy healing method that helps balance your body in various ways, including emotionally, energetically, nutritionally, and physically. It's a complete system for identifying and correcting imbalances in the body. While it's not a replacement for medical treatment, it supports your body's natural healing ability. Heart-Wall

A Heart-Wall is like an invisible shield around your heart, put there by your subconscious to protect you during tough times. Welcome! I'm a Reiki Master Teacher and certified Emotion Code and Body Code Practitioner, and Founder of Caring Onward. I've walked the challenging path of caregiving myself, caring for my late mother with dementia and supporting my husband through cancer. I understand how overwhelming and isolating it can feel. My journey has led me to create a space where you can find relief from stress, and tools to cope with the daily struggles of caregiving or other challenges you are going through.

In our sessions together, we'll work on releasing emotional baggage and restoring balance, helping you feel more energized and clear-headed. My Reiki courses and tailored sessions are designed to give you practical, calming tools you can use every day, making it easier to find time for yourself and reconnect with your own joy and well-being.
